At Student Alliance LLP, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the product has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • After Dispatch: Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. You may coordinate a return once the product is delivered under our return guidelines.

2. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your Interactive Flat Panel Display (IFPD) is received in a damaged or defective condition, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or repair after technical verification.
  • Wrong Items Delivered: If you receive an item different from your ordered specifications, notify us within 48 hours to arrange a swap.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by all original documentation, manuals, accessories, and promotional items.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Please note that shipping charges, installation fees, and transaction processing costs are non-refundable.
